What are your opening hours?
We’re open Tuesday - Friday 10:00 - 19:00 Saturday: 10:00 - 18:00 Sunday: 11:00 - 19:00. Last appointments are usually booked 1 hour before closing.
Do I need to book an appointment, or can I walk in?
We recommend booking an appointment to secure your spot, but walk-ins are welcome if our schedule allows.
Hair Services & Treatments
Which smoothing treatment is right for me: NKST, PBO or Hair Botox?
We offer Keratin Complex NKST, Keratin Complex PBO and Hair Botox. The right option depends on your hair, its condition and the result you want.
Keratin Complex NKST is a smoothing treatment that helps reduce frizz and improve manageability. Results can last up to five months, depending on your hair and aftercare. Read more about NKST.
Keratin Complex PBO lets your stylist customise the finish, from frizz control that retains more of your natural texture to a smoother or straighter result. Results can last up to three months, depending on your hair and aftercare. Read more about PBO.
Hair Botox softens the hair, adds shine and provides gentler smoothing. Results usually last around 2 to 4 months. Read more about Hair Botox.

What types of hair colouring do you offer?
We offer a wide range of hair colouring services, from subtle refreshes to more dimensional colour changes. These include permanent, semi-permanent and demi-permanent colour; grey coverage and grey blending; ammonia-free colour options; balayage and foilayage; teasylights and airtouch; face-framing highlights; and gloss toners.
We can also add finishing techniques such as a root shadow or root melt to create a softer blend between your roots and lighter pieces. If you’re unsure what to book, send us a photo or book a consultation, and our team can help you choose the right service for your hair and the result you want.
Do you cut curly and wavy hair?
Yes, we specialise in haircuts for all curl types, from wavy to coily textures. Our stylists use curl-friendly techniques that respect the natural pattern of your hair, including the option of dry cutting curl by curl for greater precision and shape. We also provide advice on styling and product care so you can keep your curls looking their best at home.
Which colour service should I book: all-over colour, foil highlights or balayage?
All-over colour is applied to refresh, change or cover your overall colour. This includes permanent, semi-permanent and demi-permanent colour, as well as gloss toners.
Foil highlights add dimension using colour or lightener placed in foils. Toner isn’t included, so it can be added separately if your finished look needs it.
Balayage or foilayage creates lighter pieces for a softer blend or a more defined ombré effect. The balayage service includes lightening and toner.
Root shadow, root tap and root melt can be added to create a softer blend at the roots. If you’re unsure what to book, send us a photo or book a consultation and we’ll help you choose.
Pricing & Booking
Why can the price of a service vary?
Some service prices depend on your hair length and density, the amount of product needed, or the stylist you choose. Your stylist will assess your hair during the consultation and confirm the price with you before starting the service.
How can I book an appointment?
The easiest way to book is online through Fresha. You can also use Fresha to manage your appointment, including rescheduling or cancelling it. Please make any changes at least 6 hours before your appointment.
You can also message us on Facebook or Instagram. If you have questions before booking, please contact us.
If you miss an appointment without cancelling, we may ask you to pay a deposit when booking your next appointment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, QR code payments and contactless payments, including NFC and mobile wallets.
Aftercare & Maintenance
What products should I use after a service?
To help maintain your results, we recommend professional aftercare suited to your hair and service. We mainly retail Davines products, and also offer K18 treatments, selected Alfaparf products and Naked Gorilla treatments. Your stylist can recommend the right options for you.
Why is my hair dry and frizzy?
Dryness and frizz can have several causes, including humidity, heat styling, colouring or other chemical services, your hair’s natural texture and your care routine. A routine suited to your hair, including regular conditioning, can help improve softness and manageability. If you’re concerned that water quality may be affecting your hair, read our guide to shower filters. Your stylist can also recommend suitable products or treatments.
Can I refresh my old highlights with a toner?
Yes. A gloss toner can refresh faded or brassy highlights between full highlight or balayage appointments. If build-up or impurities are affecting the tone, your stylist may also recommend a Malibu C detox treatment before toning. A detox won’t lighten the hair, and it may not be needed for every client. Your stylist can assess your hair and recommend the right service.

Do you offer scalp or hair health treatments?
Yes. We offer a range of hair and scalp treatments, including Davines, K18, Alfaparf, Nubeà Scalp Detox, Naked Gorilla scalp care treatments and Malibu C treatments. Your stylist can recommend the most suitable option for your hair and scalp.
Do you offer colour correction?
Yes. We offer colour correction tailored to your hair and the result you want. Malibu C CPR can help remove unwanted artificial colour pigment without lightening your natural hair colour. It also helps remove mineral and resin build-up, including metals and minerals that can affect colour results. Other options include DDL (Direct Dye Lifter) for direct dyes and Crystal Gel Detox to remove mineral and metal build-up, which can help brighten blonde hair. Your stylist will assess your hair and recommend the right approach before starting.
Can I book a colour test before a major colour change?
Yes. If you’re considering a lightening service or a major colour change, you can book a colour consultation and test. We’ll apply the proposed product to a small section of your hair to assess how it responds and help plan the service. Your stylist will discuss the result with you before proceeding.
